At our organization, we strive to safeguard children from any type of domestic violence, including physical and emotional abuse. Our mission is to achieve this by advocating for their rights, providing education, and conducting research to ensure that both children and their protective parents are able to express their voices and receive the support they need.
What We Do
Foster a strong community of survivors and allies in Florida to address the crisis concerning our children's safety in the court system.
Facilitate access to resources for parents navigating litigation to support the well-being of their children.
Conduct research and gather data to drive court system reform.
Advocate for legislative efforts to both prevent bills that endanger children's safety from becoming laws, and to pass laws that protect the safety and well-being of children in the court system.
Increase public awareness of the issues facing children in family courts.
